Snail Trails

I always try to rescue snails on the footpath, but sometimes in the dark I accidentally squish them. I feel so bad. There they were just cruisin around with their house on their back, leaving trails of lubricant as they slide on by. Their eyeballs on the end of fleshy sticks worming around looking for something to munch. Especially in my garden, they devour new plants and old. I try to relocate them to a park but I'm sure they return under the fence, to fang it around my garden. In gangs. Snail gangs. And they bring all their slug mates too. Slimey munchy lovely fuckers
